1) How to define the general and specific competencies
2) How do we judge them . (if we are using BEI how should the questionaire be prepared
3) How do we sum up the entire exercise
Please give me ur valuable inputs on the same

It entails every aspect of competency mapping encompassing methods of competency mapping, competency models, competency dictionary & the implementation of data collected in the form of recruitment & selection, performance appraisal & training needs identificaton. Very good presentation indeed but 1 thing was missing in it - competency matrix. its with the use of competency matrix that we get to know the generic, managerial & functional competencies used in competency models.
