Hi Asia Banoji, 17.4.16.

This has ref. to ur remarks in CiteHR reg. deduction of leave days from the Salary and ur statement that u have not yet been clarified about ur doubt that; when an employee is having 31 days leave in credit; whether it is legal to deduct leave days from his salary.

There are 2 points to note

1. Co. pays salary for the days he works & for those days of approved/authorised leave of absence.

2. Merely when an employee has leave in credit and chose to absent/skip work without proper authorisation/approval of the concerned Superior/authority- authorised to sanction leave; Co. need not approve his leave for the simple reason; employee might have violated Co./Leave Rules.

If the Co./Leave Rules are not followed/violated by employee; Co. apart from deducting salary; has to initiate disciplinary action for violation of Co.Rules.

FOR MORE CLARIFICATIONS & FOR ALL H.R.RULES, POLICIES & FORMATS; Pl. contact/

Pl. provide ur mail id to send dtls of 65 HR Forms & 150 Policies. U can.pay fee as per ur Cos.Policy. Pl.contact - [email]khanvsl_56@rediffmail.com- Ph: 09535470460
