I would like to add that Madurai Kamaraj University (Distance Education) offers a Masters course i.e. M.A. in Labour Management. It takes care of Labour Laws, Industrial Relations and Training & Development as subjects, beside the fact that you would be required to submit a Project in the Second Year as partial fulfilment of the course.
