Dear Nanasaheb
What you are telling is correct
But we are also trying to give awareness on PF we are not confusing the person.
If you are following any method the final result is to deduct PF
If it is 780/- your take home is more.
That KD need to know.

Dear Dharmesh Savaliya,
You have to coordinate with your consultant/dealing hand of your establishment in PF Department as to why no receipt has been issued to you by the department. May be there are some observations in your return whatever you have sent..

Dear KD,
It is as per law that basic salary for administration charge shall be Rs. 6500/- per month. But by mutual consent of Employer and employee it shall be increased, as in your case it may be your full basic salary. Second option is that you can write an application to your employer to deduct more amount from your salary whichever you can afford i.e. called Voluntary Contribution more than 12%. But in such case employer is not bound to deposit double of the share which you are suppose to deduct. Employer will deposit only on the ceiling of the basic salary.
