First of all start working in your HR department and explore your own potentials and see what best you can deliver and secondly, just studying any course will not make you dynamic. HR is very vast and the possibility of pouring in your own ideas is very limited. Depending on the organisation and your profile you get to learn.

I appreciate your involvement in learning HR more but, i am sure rather going to do your additional course better to join as a HR executive in any organization, there you will gain more practical knowledge than the theoretical. Studying more will gives you knowledge but working along will gives you the lifescope, bec you have a reputed degree at your side, why should not contribute your service for an organization?.........
