Secondary data could be available in journals, Articles published by some instutions like ICFI, IIM etc.., If you visit some web sites like explorehr.com, hindu.com, etc..., some business magazine like Timesnow, Corporate News etc....
In some text books as case studies..and Ofcourse in friends Project reports if any..
