i submitted my all data in my epfo kyc and submit claims bt coninsidently i was found my bank ac no was wrong..and epfo approved my claim and Fainally sattled.. amount is deducted on my epf but not credit on my bank account..so someone pls tell me wat can i do on this situations..

Please find enclosed PF Re-authorization Form.
Get the form singed & stamped by Ex-Employer & Send it along a copy of PAN Card & a cancelled Cheque to the regional office for further processing.

Few questions:
1. The sample form applies to Maharashtra region only.
So For other regions, can one write the text in a document with appropriate details, take print out, get ex-employer signature?
2. If ex-employer is not available whose signatures can one take?
3. Does one need to visit regional EPFO office or one can send it by courier/registered post?

My plz solve my problem regards about pf withdrawal.
1st thing is wen I withdrawal my amount I have give one bank Ac wen it credited amount in tht at tht time my bank Ac was closed.can I send reissue form to my ex employers and my new bank account but every time am sending but there r rejecting my forms pls anyone help me need help from ur side and there are asking member letter wat does it mean.
2nd thing is in ASR form can I take anyone's signature or ex employers sign pls help me bro
