Thanks for replying and empethizing the matter.This is my first job.I am in the BPO industry at chandigarh.I would like to let you know that i am leading the quality chart, Other co workers do praise me and motivate me.However she look reasons to blame. Its not like i am blindly pointing my finger on her.Initially i had time when she had done some partiallity with me and i acknowledged the same early , had meeting with her, Due to my intervening in the matter, she just had to changed her decision and done it in my favour which was justified .

However she still blame me that i opted offensive behaviour to put my point of view.I could be offensive may be my talking style or questioning style etc.

Later on everything goes smooth.Soon i receive an email from my side that i have used wrong measure or manipulate system to reflect good work(daily counts).i have researched the matter and let her know that it is not my mistake, It could be either system glitch or auditor fault's who hasn't done the job willfully and skillfully.

She stood in front of quality auditor and said certain things that it isn't his fault and all.Later on things again went offensive and i finally raised this issue on HR.I don'w know what will happen?

What about the bond?

Don't you think so she could blame me for being offensive and try to overcome the real issue and represent this thing to HR in a manner that he is like that only and untrustworthy or could be anything , she could get support as she is in the management.

What if they terminate me or try to make me sign on some papers or what about full and final.

My few freinds in hr suggest me not to sign on document just for the Fand f money because if after bond period over they can sue you for bond money as they will be having document signed by me on the earliest date?

Please help me ...

Hi,
The simple way to handle this situation is to understand what is that your boss is expecting from you and to what extent you are able to complete that task..... if your boss is finding fault in you, remember you are very lucky to have a boss like her....
If you think you are frustrated and not able to concentrate then go and sit with her and talk to her in detail, explain her what pain you are going through and i am sure she will definitely understand the situation and handle it with care....
Never ever think of absconding as it is not going to solve your purpose.....

Re- Mental Harrassment
Once, I was in the same situation you are facing now. Quitting the job is not the solution.
Try as much as you can to be on top of the situation. This means you have to be diligent in carrying out your assigned duties. Pls be patient. Such "mental harassment" will bring out the best in you.
Today the "mental harrassment" I experience in the past has transformed me to a head of dept. I attend management meetings with the same woman who gave me plenty trouble...as I saw it then. Nevertheless, that made me whom I am today.

Hi,
Being a HR professional always love to fact the problem, please note that we all taste the success after the problems.
Further please check that is it really a harassement??
Because some management may test your mental strength, a kind of stress interview.
So better analyse the problem and then take a decision, please note again you can take opinion from others, but decision you have to take.

Dear All,

Harassment from the immediate boss in any department is always there. Either harassment occur from the immediate boss or from harassment through other departments where he / she coordinates.

Also, selecting the wrong candidate without much exposure to that particular activity will cause for harassment. In private sectors (Medium Scale Enterprises), candidates ( Professionals) are recruited through very top level recommendations. In this case, the organisations are unable to provide a suitable job to the candidate results waste of time during office hours. Irrelevant job is given to the candidate to perform his/her task. Finally, top management of the company call the candidate and their question is "what are all the jobs you are doing for all these days?". Finally, the management is calculating the cost incurred for each and every employee. The mgt is totally disagree with the answer from the candidate. Decided to think, how to get rid of this?

Best way of eliminating the candidate is giving harassment like not giving any work, totally isolated, not allowing any room to talk and monitor thoroughly on the computer what is doing? Certainly, the candidate will come to a conclusion that, the top management of the company may not be willing to consider in regular rolls. There is absolutely no way of escaping from the situation except to leave the place open.

In this scenerio, the candidate may not be in a situation to discuss the interior politics, performance, quantum of work done and objectives to any guy which yield futile.

Only way to escape from the scene is " find out a good opportunity to suit your nature, scope of work, select the right industry and never undergrade your existing salary. Imagine this situation and think in a more positive manner. "May your world always be a beautiful place".

Hi

Toxic bosses are bound to increase the toxins in your systems

and sticking around with such people for too long can either break you

or make you like one of them.

I would recommend 2/3 steps to handle this situation

1. Be assertive for your rights. Be strong. When something goes wrong tell the person strongly politely and firmly.

Stick to your guns. Don't be afraid of conflicts if you are convinced you are right.

2. If things don't work out, discuss the matter with your HR or the next higher authority.

3. If nothing works out then finish your time and leave.

All of us work for our living + Peace of mind. If your mind is going to PIECES every single day, then the situation needs to be changed.

Many people stick around in Bad Jobs, Bad Marriages, hoping that things will change.. It never happens.

Your quest for peace and happiness should not be held ransom by any person, at home or in the office.

However the only thing you need to Introspect is >> Is there a chance that you are at fault?

Ask every person whom you work with for this answer if you have the courage. Take feedback from your friends, colleagues and enemies.

If you are convinced about your stance, be strong, be reasonable and change the situation or change the job.
