Hello everyone!
I did my MBA in HR/Mrktg and interested to work as HR but i joined as Customer Support Executive in one company bcoz the HR jobs i got were paying less and i have to support my family. So i joined in this job. Will this experience help me in future if i am shifting to HR position?

No it will not help you kindly see there will not be much salary difference do not sacrifice your passion towards your income..... That later may not give you full fledged working attitude towards the customer support Executive....and kindly let me know how many year's of experience you have exp towards customer support...if it is less than 1 year try to skip for HR.....Wishing you a very best for your bright future...

Hai smrithic,
Best of luck.As you are starting a new career in Hr,When submitting the resume add detail in your profile which suits the organisation. You can apply for hr trainee in any company,By completing MBA you know the roles in HR,gradually you will get deep exp in hr related activities.Mostly in IT companies you need to learn sap,u can learn that also.

Hi smrithi,
It is based upon the company requirements which you can see lot of vacancies in advertisements,You have to try and try as you are a fresher,u dont ask more salary once you getting more experience. If the interviewer ask you about salary expectation, you can answer to them ''Thats upon the company requirements or your choice as you are a fresher and not expecting more..and also search a consulatant in your area.
You can see more interview tips in google.
