Although I am new to this portal, in terms of posting but known to this site since long which has helped me in different ways.
In continuation of the query raised by Swapna, I am also facing the issue with my own dilemma of getting good opportunity in the market. I am MBA in general management + German language specialist, with work experience of almost 2.5 years after MBA, in total 5.5 years (includes my exp. as language specialist).
I am serving my current organisation at a post of HR executive, working as an HOD for this complete site (corporate office). Along with this I am active member of our Marketing team. It includes all the marketing events, marketing communication, planning for the year.
With this experience, I am little confused how I go about now with my career. I have never been interested in any paper work or clerical function. However as an HR HOD I have to be part of it.
Please suggest, advice and help me out with your valuable inputs.
