I want to now about the rules of leave in Hotel Industries. I am Joining May 2015 after the one year I had asked my management for Earn leave till dec 2015. But they rejected my request and they say after one year like May 2016 you have entitle. Sir Now today again request to our management my leave salary they given me only 10 days leave salary. I don't understand I am work with them 31 st dec 2016 20 Month and they give only 10 days EL and they say me this is rule of Government.so I Want to know they wight and wrong.
