Dear colleagues,
Re: Madras High Court's judgment on POSH Act case.
Herewith I wish to share an article I recently read analysing the Madras High Court judgment passed on a case involving 'sexual harassment in work place' addressing vital issues such as (i) delay in lodging complaint by the victim ii) procedural technicalities iii) cross examination of victim, witnesses and pertinent other issues which I consider noteworthy and could be a referral judgment of similar complaints all over the country especially those blocked by delay in lodging a complaint of SH, procedural technicalities, role of ICC etc.
An important judgment in deed to tackle many criminals as we see escape on flimsy grounds- of time barred/delayed & inadequacies of technicalities etc.
