Finally on this issue, I didn't do anything for new certificate. Could you give me guidance for how to change this ( I have old certificate which was given in my schooling)? Which documents need?

These Community Certificate is required only for the Government jobs and not for private jobs. For private jobs you need to have knowledge and ability to perform. Then you will have bright future in that organisation as well as in your life.

Sorry sir for asking one more clarification this community certificate. I think I can write new change of my religion/caste on biodata form without any proof only if it is Private org, but not possible without proof if it is govt. org.

Normally in private organisations they never see your community, religion and they will see your knowledge, ability to perform, interest towards learning new things, involvement in the organisations culture and initiativeness in your work. Hence they will not ask for any certificate. They will ask only for your educational Certificate and Experience Certificate and not community certificate.
But in Government, there will be the Union in which the organisation has to answer to Parliamentary questions like how many SC, ST, OBC, MBC, BC vacancies have been filled, for which the Government departments have to submit the reply, for which they need to have to proof of your community.
