Dear HR,
In one of the all hands meeting my HR Head told we are doing partially production and partially software development.
This is also accepted by my MD.
If so then in which act we will follow for the statutory compliances.
Thanks & Regards
Jayant

Dear Jayant,
If you have submitted the licence within the due date along with required fees, it is fine. You don\'t have to pay any thing. The licence may be returned for corrections, which you may carry out on receipt of the application. Otherwise you may approach the dept of factories and get to know on what ground is the application returned? and then take action to correct the application.
For your second question, you don\'t have to stop the production, since you have applied for renewal of licence and it is with them. Keep the production going. Stopping of production arises only on critical cases where the factory is shut down by the dept for not complying with regulations in a serious case.
