If you had owned the Company, you can mention that in your resume.
Failure as a owner is not a black mark.
Be prepared to answer questions like, What went wrong ?, In what ways you could have done better ?, What are the lessons that you have learnt that will be useful to you ?, Were the main reasons attributable to people or technology ? etc
