2. Government of India- Ministry of Human Resources, Department of Education.
- XLRI only awards Diploma for even Post Graduate fulltime courses because they are not recognised and funded by the University Grant Commission.
Tata Institute of Social Science recognised by
1. University Grant Commission as Deemed University and funded by the UGC which carry more legitimacy to the education.
2. It has also been recognised by the United Nation.
In 1969 : The first research unit of the Institute, the Unit for Child and Youth Research, is set up with support from the UNICEF.
- TISS award Bachelors and Masters Degree for their cources because they are approved and recognosed by UGC.
This is what I can say about validating the education and its how this private limited education business is doing in India...

Why Managememt Professionals being so under estimated by Indians?
Why they are so tempted towards few names rather than focusing on the excellence of an individuals?
This is sick minded approach....
Who works in Management these schools or institutes or individual professionals?
Well, I can say its just loss of confidance in capabilities of the Indian Management Professionals results in such situation where Institutes are bigger than scholar or laureates. UNBELIEVABLE TRUTH
