I want to agree with capt siva, ones state of agressiveness may be viewed opposite, more importantly, being agressive or assertive follows a process before you rightly or wrongly hit the very state, of either of the two. Since life situation is dynamic, same applies to workplace. I wish to state, that the ablity to acquire the desired skill to achieve the desired result is very germaine. The literary works we read on HR is only a guide but the application is another kettle of fish.
