Hi ,
These are indeed challenging times , and working from home has become imperative for avoiding getting infected from the COVID 19 virus.
The advantages are all mostly working from home in their own space and are avoiding traveling long distances. Mostly all official interactions have become mostly virtual. The timelines are met and employees are using it to their favour.
But on the other side employees who have to be on shopfloor have to do their task physically and they are taking all the safety precautions. so a lot of time has to be managed.
this is going to be new norm forwrd

As a lot of folks mentioned, WFH has its merits and demerits. Let us understand that the Government has formalised WFH in standing orders. It is upto the employer and employee on implementing this model. Companies can adopt the hybrid model where one may not commute all the days in the week.

Both WFH has pros & cones. In WFH employees have the flexibility to work as per their convenience and meet their work schedule, at the same time devote some time to meet their
personal work.

However, WFH now has more challenges. Now companies need to introduce a flexible work environment, in a post-covid era.

Companies now, need to create a return-to-work strategy. After a year that forced many employees out of the office and into remote work, the Covid-19 vaccine is started to circulate, now companies need to think a return-to-work strategy. But this is not as easy as a simple that all staff e-mail with a return date. While employees might miss the camaraderie of their work colleagues, they have become accustomed to flexible schedules that let them manage the pandemic-related changes in their personal life while still hitting their work deadlines.
