this ppt is very use ful. I am very happy to find a ppt text without a spelling error.
still there is an error in this ppt. in slide 9 "some" is mentioned as "home". this is not a spelling error. using error free english gives good impression. all of us must practice.

I liked the content of the presentation. But I have a question for everyone....
Why do we have to teach theory and knowledge... when we want to enhance the SKILLS of people...
I understand that knowledge could be a pre-requisite for some skills... but practically speaking.. this presentation does not provide any hands-on experience in communication.
Let's understand Training as a means of enhancing SKILLS (and ATTITUDE) rather than bombarding people with information....
