You may use the attached format for reauthorising the payment. The one attached is issued from Hyderabad and you may make required changes in it. Madhu.T.K

This is kailash. I was working in a software company and my salary was 10000 and my pf deduction was 1091 and I have worked for 7.5 months. So total my EPF balance is 10469 (showing in m-epf app ) so NW I wanted to withdraw my pf so how much amount may I get after all deduction.

Sir, I filled the pf application form during my resignation and given to the company. Usually they will foreword it.I didn't got my pf even after 6months, so I contacted my company. They told me that it is already forwarded and wait. I called them again many time, then they told me to call their main office. I called them , they told me to contact again to the same person whom I called first. Then after 1year1month I approached the pf office they told they didn't got any application.n I called my company, then they told t them check what happened and it will take some days .These many days when I called they where playing. I went to Bangalore from Kerala only for this purpose so, I told I will fill new application and the company hr person given everything fast and I myself applied in the pf office. By that time my bank account become freezed because of low balance. And after 2,3days I approached bank and reactivated my account. At present my pf is approved but check is cancelled. Now I need to submit reauthorization form in KR Puram pf office to get the money. Please don't believe the companies. Sir can u sent me the reauthorization form please.

On 3rd feb 2018 i had applied online to withdraw my pf and the claim got approved and status is reflecting settled on the portal the issue is while submitting the claim wrong bank account was been entered and now i want to get the amount credited to my correct bank account.
Kindly suggest a solution to the same.

You may send a re authorisation letter duly signed by your previous employer. Please find the attachment.

One more thing that you have to do is to change the KYC in respect of your bank account in your profile in the member portal and get it approved by the employer.

All the necessary changes in the kyc are been done and got it approved by the employer too.
Just want to know how to submit the reauthorization form as I don't understand the terminologies mentioned in the form which needs to be filled.

A far as possible submit it by going in person. You should also try to meet the person who is dealing with your account in the Accounts section and get it done. If you send it by post, you cannot ensure that it will be done but if you go there and meet the concerned person, it will give result. For doing all these things you need to have thorough knowledge of all the terminologies in the form or the Act

I m chetan I have appy pf advance withdrawal amount but still I have not got amount and I have got msg saying that ur settled pf advance withdrawal amount will credit within 3days working days this msg got on 6 feb 2018
But still I have not got and when check my pf kyc there one mistake in bank account
Pls tell me what should I do now only one number mistaking
