This reminds me something. King of Kalinga set out to conquer the king of Kanchi. The king of Kalinga was devotee of Lord Jagannath family. So Lord Jagannath and Balabhadra also set out ahead to join the king of Kalinga. On the way near Chilka lake they met a milk maid. They posed to be very thirsty and asked her for curd. She was good enough to quench their thirst but instead of paying her money they mortgaged a ring of mani and said " we are advance soldiers and the king is coming behind. Please hand over this ring to the king and get the price of your curd'
The milk maid had never seen a mani.So she thought it to be just a petty glass. However, she awaited for sometime and threw away the ring thinking it as made up of glass and went away without caring for the price of her curd.
FACTS REMAINING THE SAME INTERPRETATION CAN BE ANYTHING AS YOUR LORDSHIPS PLEASE.Right?

Hi all,
I never knew this topic will go so far. I am glad. Dr. Mahanta, as far this Maruti incidence goes I believe that lack of communication lead to this terrible attack.
Had the line managers were into the conversation with the front staff then that day would not have been marked in the history.
Transparency with the staff is required at least on the issues which are directly related with them.
