Simple Man, I am going to join the flow below. I am going to describe 6 easy foolproof steps to make money at the stake of all ethics of our respected culture, which are as follows:
1. Go and get a gender change operation done and become a lady.
2. Fish/trap a guy or entice a corporate.
3. Marry this guy or join this multimillion-dollar corporate.
4. Build evidence and spin yarns.
5. Courtesy the government of the Republic of India, the world's largest democracy's illogical vested interest that has biased undemocratic laws - Use the laws and sue the husband or this multimillion-dollar company.
6. Extort money from this foolish husband who got married or this cash-rich corporate.
Simple, isn't it? I plan to alternate between such marriages and employments. All these are totally legal and with the fullest support of the government, especially the current Honorable Minister of Women and Child Welfare. What else could I dream of? I am totally geared up to extort, blackmail, etc. under the security of the police who are under orders to protect me since I would be a lady then.
Stop me if you can!! Indian men and ambitious corporates, BEWARE!!
Actually, still contemplating on which one should be my first scapegoat - Infosys or Wipro or Bosch or IBM or Microsoft or HP, or Times of India, Express, Hindu or CNN or BBC. You need to understand that my first victim should be a big fish, right?
Respected professionals of HR - what are you going to do if I am going to join your company or going to get married to you or your sons or brothers?
You have only 3 options:
1. Become a refugee to Pakistan or China or move your company to these countries.
2. You too get a gender change operation done to all your folks and employees.
3. Fight to amend the laws.
Choice is yours!!

A small word of Caution, following the Foot steps of Hon. Minister Madam R - dare you raise your voice - I can file a DV!! As a Lady like what I would be, I would pity Men Like you!!

Thank you; I will be awaiting the same.
By putting a DV act on me, the maximum you will send me behind bars for one year. I am ready to spend ten years in jail instead of surrendering to a woman like Madam R--. Jail would be a better place than a so-called domestic relationship, like Madam R., as you described.
I heard once a judge say that nowadays in jail, they provide good education. So, I could go there and become a lawyer or judge instead of working in some corporation as a GM.

Cool! That's definitely great news!
So we would have one more lawyer advising ladies on how to file a 498/DV case to get a share of the stake... how mean, right? And if you try to argue against a lady, you could end up with another DV case and a bunch of women's organizations backing me on your back!
And one judge too passing verdicts so that he too could get a share of the stake and also follow the rules of the Book of Indian Law - else fall for the backlash of the women's organizations backing me and get a DV filed against you.
You fight for whatever or say whatever, I do not care; any action or word that I do not like, I will DV you!
Also, note that anything I ask you for, if you do not do it or give it as per my whims and fancies, you are DV'd.
So plan to live in overcrowded prisons with your fellow DV'd men.
By the way... care to address Honorable Minister Madam R with respect, or you could be DV'd!
FYI: As a man, especially an Indian man, you no longer have the right to freedom of speech too. The right to equality as an Indian man has long gone with the introduction of 498A. Basically, most rights mentioned in the Indian Constitution as a citizen for Indian men have been overruled, which initially began with 498A and with DV, making everything invalid.

So Ladies & Gentlemen... What have you decided... to live and continue living, witnessing the social injustice - until it hits you, eh!!
And once hit from personal experience - it's very difficult to get up and proceed; proof check the National Statistics on Suicides!!
So Prevention is better than Cure or A stitch in Time saves Nine!!
One Bhagat Singh like Swarup will not be able to endure the fight to change the course of the destruction approaching our Indian Society, Culture, and Economy - you and I need to fight if not for others, for your own, your family's, and company's security.
Our Leaders did not fight for the Freedom of our Country and made it the World's Largest Democracy which all of us today are proud about, only to end up as an absolute Undemocratic Nation. And our Dear Soldiers of the 3 Main wings of our Country's Defence are not protecting the Sovereignty & Security of our Nation, risking their lives and sacrificing their own families for our Nation to see internally for the vested financial interests, there is Chaos and absolute Insecurity.
I'VE BEEN READING ALL THE BLOGS HERE SOMETIME NOW - WHAT AN ACTIVE PARTICIPATION WAS THERE THEN - BUT NOW WHEN THE SITUATION OF ACTION AND DECISION HAS COME - WHAT HAPPENED??
IS IT ONLY ALL TALKS WITH NO STUFF??
AS MANAGERS AND PROFESSIONALS, WHERE DID YOUR POWERS FOR DECISIONS AND ACTIONS VANISH??
OR IS IT THAT ALL OF US ARE JUST LIKE THOSE GRANNYS WHO SIT UNDER A TREE AFTER LUNCH IN THOSE REMOTE RURAL AREAS AND ADD SPICES TO GOSSIPS, NOT CARING TO DO ANYTHING EVEN FOR THEMSELVES - AND WHATEVER GOES WRONG INSTEAD OF RECTIFYING IT, LAY THE BLAME AND RESPONSIBILITIES ON OTHERS!!
Ain't we all being the same - trying to convince ourselves or fooling our own inner conscience??
Dr. Mahanta has been trying to bring to your notice the facts, Swarup has been trying to lead, both expecting some positive attitude from you all.
All I have been trying here is to let you know what the ground realities are and instigating you all with the actual facts, i.e., if you were not aware of how grave it is.
And what I have been mentioning is a fact. All those what I mentioned, I could do and legally will be protected to Glory. I must have sounded as if I am talking in the air - No, it's something I can do and even if a litigation is filed, all it would do is pass a verdict that I was wrong, that's about it. I'll still be scot-free with my pockets full of money.
This is what the Legal System of our India, a country that we all are proud to be the citizens of. And this has ended up this way due to the vested interests of a few people who are just bothered of Money and not the Country and not the Citizens who brought them to power.
If we do not do something starting now, we are DOOMED!!!

Dear Xbuzz,
All I have been trying to do here is to inform you about the ground realities and present you with the actual facts, in case you were not aware of how serious the situation is. What I have been stating is a fact. Everything that I mentioned, I am capable of doing and will be legally protected. I may have sounded like I was speaking hypothetically - but no, it is something I can actually do. Even if a lawsuit is filed, the worst outcome would be a verdict against me, but I would still be unaffected with my finances intact.
This is the current state of the legal system in India, a country we are all proud to be citizens of. Unfortunately, it has evolved this way due to the self-serving interests of a few individuals who prioritize money over the well-being of the country and its citizens. If we do not take action starting now, we are headed towards a grim future.
Let's unite and fight for justice.
"If Tripti can file a DV act against Premji, why can't your wife file a DV Act against Premji for not providing a job at 'Wipro'?"
It is disheartening to see the respected judges turning the court into a chaotic environment resembling a fish market. The repercussions have already begun, and surprisingly, the backlash is not coming from men but from women themselves.
Regarding the news:
"The new Domestic Violence Act leaves room for exploitation. While it has brought some improvements over existing laws, its major flaws lie in its excessive scope and lack of balance. By attempting to cover all scenarios to safeguard every distressed woman from any form of harm, the lawmakers have assumed that all women are inherently truthful victims, neglecting the burden of proof. Consequently, this law runs the risk of undermining its own credibility."
Are Indian men truly so self-centered? Have we lost sight of our social responsibilities? Why do some Indian men associate social work and women's empowerment with harming their own family members?
Let's ponder over these questions and strive for a more just and equitable society.
Best regards.

Dear Swapna Ji,
Please note this is a big lie by Tripti and an attempt to defame the Wipro work culture and ensure that her husband must lose the job, nothing else. She is finding it very difficult to defend her false case against her husband as the High Court accepted the quashing of 498a against him and his mother.
Now, it has been proved beyond reasonable doubt that she had dropped the case. Please go through all the news. But her intention and aim have been achieved, as after getting the news, you have commented, and now you review. That was Tripti's intention, and she has done it successfully.
Who says Indian women are abala Nari??
Thank you.

Dear Jogeshwar,
Nothing to feel bad about. Males in the present century are just paying for the mistakes done by their forefathers. With so many laws protecting females, do you think that our administrators are effective enough to implement things so efficiently? Probably, you have not read the recent ruling of the Supreme Court, which says that if a wife files a case against her husband and it turns out to be a false allegation, this reason will be strong enough to file for a divorce and he will be granted that.
So, don't take tensions, don't get frustrated, chill out.

Dear Sanjeev,
I do not think our forefathers have done any mistake; we are paying the price for our mistake and forcing our child to face a very tough time. Because we are still staying in the 16th-century mindset and believe marriage is a bond between two partners.
"But as per lawmakers, it is a business deal; everything will be counted by how much money or property you give to your wife... that is the key to becoming a good husband, nothing else."
No man is afraid to go to jail, but the problem comes when he sees his mother/sister going to jail, despite them never staying together. As a result, you will not be surprised if your future daughter or son becomes drug-addicted to release their mental stress, as I wonder how they will accept the part-time father conception.

Hi Sujata Ji,
I do not know from where Mahonta Ji will get the information. But I am a witness every day to the same dialogue whenever we see any dispute between husbands and wives in court, police, or a fight between a female and a male employee in any company. The mindset is that Indian women are abla nari and they can't commit any crime; hence, the crimes are assumed to be done by men only.
As a ready-made example, read the comments of this thread itself, how people have tried to justify Tripti's absurd allegations against Premji and her own beloved husband. Sorry in advance, you may not like it, or it may hurt you, but that is the reality.
"Till date, I have seen very few men who say women are not abla nari, whereas I have seen a lot of women agree that not all women are always victims; they can be villains too."

It starts from I to become we. Let's fight for justice.
I wonder, why are Indian men so selfish? Why do Indian men not want to take social responsibility? Why do Indian men think that social service and women's empowerment means killing the husband's mother and sister?
It has always been a collective effort; all I intended was to prove that legally the legal system is illogical. If, like so many of those abusers, someone actually takes the extreme steps I described just for financial gain, not just Indian men but even corporations can do nothing to hold them accountable unless the lawmakers become logical and make the necessary amendments. For this, we need to fight.
As individuals, if we fight alone, we may not achieve much in our lifetime. We need to come together, and corporations need to understand the extent of the risk they face on their investments.

Dear friends,
How this girl Tripti has been unmasked, the same should be done to other modern (so-called) scrupulous feminists. Basically, these feminists are none other than failed women in their lives but with great ambitions. They are running their shops to earn money through NGOs funded by the UN and other foreign organizations. The need of the hour is to understand their mentality and scrutinize their behavior. It is the same phenomenon by which terrorists are funded to create chaos in India. Now this is the foolproof way to ruin India. Greedy women have got a chance as where there is a kill, crows will come. Under the name of feminism, they are eradicating our families, especially our elders. These scrupulous women can be identified by the way they are dressed and by the way they converse.
I invite Mr. Ajmi to step up to help those families who are the sufferers of Section 498A. He should have earned enough money from this motherland; now it is his turn to safeguard his mother country by creating a harmonious platform for both men and women.
I don't have his email ID or address, but the people reading my topic might be knowing, so please convey my request to him.

What big boss Premji Azmi will do or not, please leave it up to him. We are not here to direct his benevolence. Our purpose is Zero Social Pathology Ganga. Do focus further on the issue I am presenting below, section 44 and 52 of The Indian Penal Code to further focus on it.
44. "Injury"
The word "injury" denotes any harm whatsoever illegally caused to any person, in body, mind, reputation, or property.
52. "Good faith"
Nothing is said to be done or believed in "good faith" which is done or believed without due care and attention.

Wipro Employee's Estranged Wife Wants Justice
A Wipro software engineer's wife, who has filed a suit against her husband as well as Wipro chief Azim Premji, alleging her marriage was on the rocks due to the company's 'dating allowance', said on Friday she was hopeful of getting legal justice.
Tripti Nigam, who filed a suit against her husband Gaurav Nigam, who works in Wipro Technologies in Bangalore, and Premji, told IANS that the company's dating allowance "showed their complicity in encouraging his extra-marital affairs".
Premji, along with the Wipro human resources head Pratik Kumar as well as Gaurav, have been asked to appear before a Kanpur court on Nov 29. The notices were issued Wednesday by Kanpur chief metropolitan magistrate Ravindra Kumar.
On Thursday, the IT bellwether denied it had any "dating allowance" for its employees and also declined to comment on reports of court summons issued to it.
Gaurav could not be reached in Bangalore for comments.
A Kanpur court official said, "The notices have been sent through the police commissioner of Bangalore and should reach Wipro by tomorrow (Saturday)."
"I am sure I will get justice from the court," Tripti told IANS over the telephone from her hometown Kanpur, about 80 km from here.
"The fact that a dating allowance was being paid to my husband by his employers shows their complicity in encouraging his extra-marital affairs. They also need to be hauled up for that. I know how much I and my two-and-a-half-year-old son have suffered on that account," she said.
Tripti said she was hopeful of "suitable action" being taken against both her husband and his employer, whom she holds responsible for her husband's alleged licentious behavior.
The court took prompt cognizance of her complaint filed Tuesday under the Domestic Violence Act and took it up the next day itself.
Leading Kanpur lawyer and Tripti's counsel Nand Lal Jaiswal said there was enough ground to nail both Gaurav and his employer.
"Tripti has been at the receiving end right from the time she got married to Gaurav, who ill-treated her and subjected her to mental and physical torture," Jaiswal told IANS.
"And since his employer was giving him a dating allowance, they ought to be also held responsible for abetting his extra-marital relationships," he added.
Tripti, who married on Dec 1, 2002, was deserted by her husband about 18 months ago. She has been living with her parents in Lucknow since then.
Her husband filed a divorce application in April, which is pending before a local court.

Wipro Says
Following reports about a case being filed by a Wipro software engineer's wife accusing the company of encouraging illicit relationships through their 'dating allowance', Wipro officials have denied the existence of any 'Dating Allowance'.
Tripti Nigam from Kanpur has filed a suit against her husband Gaurav Nigam, who works in Wipro Technologies in Bangalore under the Domestic Violence Act. Tripti and her husband Gaurav have been living separately for the past 18 months due to martial disharmony.
Gaurav had filed a divorce application in April, following which she filed a case against him under the Domestic Violence Act.
She has also alleged that the company's dating allowance 'showed their complicity in encouraging his extra-marital affairs'. The Kanpur magistrate court has issued summons against Wipro Chairman Azim Premji and Wipro Human Resources Head Pratik Kumar. They have been asked to appear before a Kanpur court on November 29.
Wipro, however, has denied the existence of any 'dating allowance' for its employees stating: "We would like to categorically state we do not have a dating allowance in any form and hence cannot elaborate on this alleged issue."
Company officials also said that they have no formal intimation on this. And added that appropriate action will be taken in line with our policy based on the judgment of the case.
Cheers!

Hello everyone and Dr., after a long time, I got back on track with posting. Just joining the running train without knowing much info about the discussion. But I think the problem has erupted due to "looking towards the west". As Narayana Murthy points out on "looking towards the west", we can try out a few aspects of management and not from A to Z. It's because the top brass people are forgetting the macro system of culture while framing the policy. This backlash on the incentive system can give a good "food for thought" to every HRM person to look back on the system.

Dear Managers,
Henceforth, you can hire but you cannot fire, lest you will be charged under the DV Act. An employer officer is charged under the DV Act for dismissing his subordinate on disciplinary grounds. The wife says it is domestic violence. I am trying to get the FIR. I shall post it when procured. Please be alert.

Oh dear silent managers here,
My previous post reminds me of a joke. Boss scolded the subordinate. Subordinate scolded his wife to unleash his pent-up emotion. Wife scolded her son in her turn. The boy found the dog and hit it to get himself relaxed. The poor dog went to Sani Maharaj and made a nuisance over him. Sani Maharaj did 'sarbanash' of the boss.
Now the chain is shortened. Now the wife directly goes to Sani Maharaj. She invokes him, and he does 'sarbanash' of the boss. Please be alert.

Hi Dr,
I see your point and fully support.
Leave the Wipro case alone - the whole world knows that the act has been used as a convenient stick to make quick money. And here this is what exactly happens - foist false cases and make quick money.
Dignity of men is questioned by such acts!
HR fraternity cannot do anything on such things because ... as I have stated several times before, I am still not at all convinced how serious HR is being taken by the bosses in many companies (there are some companies which are exceptions - where true HR functions do work). We are still living in that centuries-old "slavish" mentality where if the owner of the company says a crow is white, others will agree with a big "Ha Ji".
Things are changing and will change for the good - but it would take ages!
On these kinds of acts like DV, less said the better. The politicians for their petty ends do such things which ultimately create chaos in the country. Drji, we have seen this earlier also and we are seeing it even today - I would not like to point out certain actions of certain old (good for nothing) politicians who have been trying to bring rules and bills that could ruin the entire social fabric of this country. One Manmohan Singh is not sufficient - we need several hundreds of such upright politicians to do the country good.
Otherwise, we will continue to be in the same rut.
Where we show an economic growth of 9% but millions and millions still remain on the streets, farmers continue to commit suicide, and DV kind of acts will be misused for sheer monetary gains!
Yes, Dr, my vote is for you.
Thanks,
Bala

Dear Sir,
Watching your topic every time whenever I opened the citehr. Unfortunately, everyone is giving its wrong, but the revolution comes through media itself nowadays. As a Manager - HR, I am also absolutely an opponent. First, our promoters should understand our Indian culture. And the Department of Labour everywhere should watch the administrative procedures of the respective companies before issuing the license (As per Shops and Establishments Act). The department should take drastic action if they violate such things.
OR Instead of that, everyone should put a board like this.

Dear Bala ji,
In the first post itself, you have well represented the voice of the discussants here. The issue is not just about Gaurav, Pratik, or Prem ji but the whole country and its productivity.
I admire your maturity, Bala ji.

Hi Dr,
I accept with thanks your comments. But the most unfortunate part I find, even on this site, is that many of us are not willing to stand up and talk. Drji, how many do you think will respond to the statement "As I have stated several times before, I am still not at all convinced how serious HR is being taken by the Bosses in many companies (there are some companies which are exceptions - where true HR functions do work). I would be thrilled if the entire HR fraternity gets up and shouts from the rooftop that this is not the case! I am not sure what PBS Kumar wants to convey?

The book ‘If men have all the power, how come women make the rules?’ written by Jack Kammer has indeed shook the very foundation of feminism, so to speak. It has incorporated some of the most thought-provoking facts about women, which men often overlook it or even ignore considering it to be a natural quality of women. The observation he made in this should have been known to all men but Jack Kammer probably is much more courageous to defend his self-respect against the incessant attacks of feminism.
Some of the facts given in the book are enumerated below:
1) Women invent rules, manipulate men to obey them, and in this way dominate men – but in no way apply the rules to themselves.
2) How come men never say, “It’s a man’s world”?
3) Our greatest weakness is our façade of strength. Women’s greatest strength is their façade of weakness.
4) If men have all the power how come women make the rules?
5) Women’s power is difficult to see and measure. As long as women can pretend they don’t have any power, we can’t call them on how they use and misuse it.
6) It’s tough to trust a person who holds a club behind her back and says, “A club? What club? I don’t have a club.”
7) As long as women get away with thinking we’re inferior, they’ll have no qualms about treating us badly. They might not even know they’re doing it.
8) Any man would be damaged by the allegation that ‘he doesn’t respect women.’ Why is it so hard to imagine that any woman would be hurt by the charge that ‘she doesn’t respect men”?
9) Women get a lot of power just out of the fact that they expect and demand special and preferential treatment.
10) Most of the damage women do is indirect. If she only bats her eyes to induce a guy into a fight, nobody’s going to blame her. Women do a lot of things that provoke and trigger responses in men. But nobody seems able to see that.
11) Society authorizes women to use make-up, fashion and jewelry to gain attention and stimulate sexual demand among men.
12) Women laugh at us when studies show that we think about sex several times per hour. We could get a bigger laugh if anyone ever did a study on how often women think about being sexy.
13) If a woman ends a marriage, she is putting an end to a stifling and oppressive relationship. If a man ends a marriage, he is abandoning his family. If a woman decides not to marry someone, it is her choice of making her life as happy as she can. If a man decides not to marry someone, he is a womanizer or afraid of commitment.
14) The standard for boy behaviour toward girls: You may never every hit a girl, no matter what, not even in self-defence and if you ever do we’ll thrash you to within an inch of your life to teach you a lesson about violence. The standard for girl toward boys: Did you really slug him ? Wow, you go girl.
15) Why is sex thought to be something women give and we get?
16) It is statistically true that married men are more successful than unmarried men. But are they more successful because they’re married or are they married because they are successful?
17) Would we expect a mother without custody to continue to cook and clean for her ex-husband? Then why do we expect the non-custodial father to keep providing money, especially to an ex-wife who interferes with his visitation time?
18) A false allegation of rape can have consequences as severe as or even worse than an actual rape.
19) Women coined the emotionally powerful phrase, “date rape” to identify a danger they face. We need to popularize “fake rape” to call attention to a problem that threatens us.
20) When a man and woman commit a crime together, prosecutor invariably assume that the man is the truly guilty party while the woman was only a hapless – maybe she was abused – duped in the male’s nefarious plot. They’ll make a deal with her and she’ll cry on the witness stand and explain to the jury how bad, bad man was bad, bad, bad. So, in large measure, we live in a society in which women can reckon they have a fair shot at getting off scot-free for even heinous crimes – if they can raise a convincing tear or two and have a defenseless (dead will do) nearby man to finger.
21) If our lives are so wonderful and women’s are so full of oppression and degradation, why do we commit suicide 4-5 times more often than girls and women do?
22) Did you ever notice that when we have opinions that women don’t like, they’re not called opinions, but ‘attitudes’?
Obviously, women won’t like to read these points which itself proves that all these points are true. They may even try to hide their faces while this book exposes them to the whole world. Some men, too, would find it absurd because their individuality is totally dependent on what women think about them. A person with keen observation will find these points as true, intriguing and also unfortunate because nobody else seem to realize this deception that women have been playing with men and also the society for decades. Let’s hope that people realizes the above truth and seek to live in an egalitarian society instead of deceptive women’s society where gender equality is all about harassing men legally.
