Hello everyone this is jadhav,
i have lot of doubt about various leave policies. As of now i am working in hotel industry and in our organization, employees are been given 7 CL, 21 PL & 9 SL in year, So is it same for all industry or does it vary according to industry. Also please do tell me the formula for calculating these leaves.
