Sumana,
XLRI provides a online distance education course. It's worth if you want to do some distance course in HR given the fact that it is from XL. Last heard it costs about 1.5L & they typically conduct test /interview etc. before they take candidates in this. For more information on fees & eligibilty do check their website.

Dear Sumana,
If you are Doctor with MBBS from one university then will your ask to become Doctor again from Another University?
This is funny..question. Until you respect your education nobody will respect your qualification. MHRM is not joke or Certification for timepass.

Hi all,
M.HRM course is a recognised course and I have also done my M.HRM degree from Annamalai Univesity and this course is enough to lead you to jobs at HR Dept. The next step would be to do M.Phil or Phd in Management

Instead of going to do management course etc., you can pursue Doctorate Ph.D from the nearest university, I am suggesting this since you are interesting to study further, this will make great food to your studyhunger.

Dear Friends,
Education is the process where we learn to study and study to learn. It seems to me that already you have obtained PG Degree in HRM then why would you like to go for another PG Degree once again?
Update your knowledge by referring books on HRM and keep your self alert in HRM. If you want I will list of best out of the best books in HRM Practices and Indian Industrial Law.
On the other hand, XLRI and IIM's have its own outstanding performance in Business Studies at global level.

Dear Sumana,
As you have completed your PG course, you can go for certification in training. It can be done from ISTD - Indian Society for Training and Development. This will give you an opportunity to explore areas in training and also can work as a trainer.
