Among all the functions of HR, the only area where I need to work extra is payroll & statutory.
Many companies are outsourcing payroll & statutory now a days to external agents (consultancies). I have a sunday off and very much ready to join an external agent where I can go and learn payroll & statutory on a regular basis.
I do not want to join any training institute.
Looking ahead for a positive reply from any such external agents.
