Thanks for a nice presentation on attitude. This reminds me of one important aspect which HR people normally ignore at the time of hiring ..try to find out the attitude of the person during the HR interview. A person with a positive attitude and medium technical knowledge will be definitely better than a person with a negative attitude and superior technical knowledge. Knowledge can be imparted and improved but it is very difficult to change the attitude of a person.

I understand your concern , it would have been better if you had mentioned just the name not bought in the " PLACE"... becuase here she is trying to change the attitude of a person, for that u wud not require as the which place , religion or creed teh person comes from or belongs to!!!!
