Dear all,
I am Deepali working as HR Officer working with an event management company. I need to know the process of Induction. I have newly joined this company and observed that there is no induction program happened before. I want to do it for new joinees as well as old employees. would like to know how would i start it and after making presentation of the company, what else can we do which would make fun at the time and also learning. I am a lil confused. I have collected some ppts of our company intro and policies of the company. Please let me know how can i present the same before my boss. He only asked me to work on induction for new joinees but I gave him idea to do for older employees as it is not done. He is agreed with me. Now I have to present all together before my boss and if he ill ask me to conduct this program, how would I present before the whole staff.
