Casual Workers are entitled to Bonus if their names appear in the muster roll of the company. Similarly, probationers are also eligible to bonus unless otherwise provided in the standing orders of the organisation. There may be different interpretations on the subject but all labour laws are made to protect workmen and as such an employer will not be given an opportunity to take away any privilege or right of an employee under any Act by designating an employee as "casual", 'temporary" or "probationer". Dear manoj whose ever worked more than 30 days in your organisation whether permanent ,temporary, casual, probationer, badli or contract worker is eligible to get bonus.it is a law and no standing order of the company can go against the law.if at all standing orders are certified against law it will not prevail. so they are entiled for bonus. tks j s malik
