I want to know, if candidate has submitted all the genuine documents to the organization regarding his educational Certificates and Appointment letter ,Exp Letter but has not worked for the last 1 year with any corporates. Instead of this he was involved with his family business. Can third party is going to verify abt his Family Business?
Candidate has got the offer letter on the basis of his exp in corporate which he has worked before. As Is the organization can verify whether the candidate was involved in his family's business or not? How does it effect the candidate's job?

What is improtant is "Complete Disclosure" of information pertaining to the career.
There is nothing wrong if the person has worked for his family business. Ideally speaking third party verification will certainly do the verification of this fact.
There is also need to understand if the candidate will continue to work for family business and if so will it lead to a "conflict of interest" when working in an organization.
The candidate therefore should honestly disclose the information as to what was his involvement in family business and the nature of involvement. No candidate should hide this information in the interest of the organization where he has joined or proposing to join.
I hope you will appreciate and understand that such check is necessary in the interest of the organization. Conflict of interest can be harmful for the company and need honest disclosures.

Candidate's family business is not at all creating conflict to the organization. Offer letter is being issued to him only when he submitted all his documents to the organization.
Acc to the organization he is doing nothing as family business can not be compared to corporates. We actually considered him doing nothing for the last 1 year.On what basis should we go for verification as there is no records for this involvement in family business.
Still should we go to the verification of this fact ??????
