Dear Abirami,
It depends solely on your individual company policy, but usually formal trousers with a blazer during the weekdays, and jeans on Saturdays, is considered appropriate. For the weekdays, sari is another alternative.

Hi,
It depends on the company and its location...however widely used dress code for the Female executive is Formal shirts with trouser.
And some of the industries use their NATIONAL (TRADITIONAL CLOTH) as dress code.
And Salwar is also used in Indian companies.....
Atlast whatever we use as the dress code it should be comfortable for them to carry on their duties and maintain the company status.

Dress code for anyone not necessarily for female hr executivbe...
If you have a company policy or uniform, you have no choice, wear.
If there is no company policy or uniform,
then wear....
that suits you
rather than wearing the one which you like!!1
Many of us make mistake of wearing what we like.
Salwar and sarees are the common in Manufacturing
Salwars and trousers are general practice in BPOs and IT sector
But wear that suits you!!!
That is very important

Hi,
Dress code - should be decent and one should carry it properly.
Basically since you represents the company so it should be the attire
which suits you the best.
As a matter of practice inIT/ITES - Most commonly used and comfotable formals are a formal trouser and a shirt......Blazer if required/needed can added for meetings, trainings or during walk-ins/recruitment.
Thanks,
Shalini
