Hi All,
Has anyone worked on an Improvement Plan for employee with low performance, which can be due to various reasons like disconnect with role; dissatisfaction or personal reasons, etc.
A Performance Improvement Plan which can evaluate him/her for a specific duration and on completion of which a decision can be taken whether to continue or ask the employee to leave. Please let me know if anyone has worked on similar lines or otherwise.

Dear,
1. If you are really serious about it, to make sure that we get the best result, we need to know what's the real issue bothering the employee.
We had amazing and long term great success!
2. PIP - performance improvement plan too need to be intelligent to have a real good effect. Examples are available online if you search rite.
