1. I would like to know about Competency Mapping, the process, and how to implement it.

2. Is target-oriented incentive included in wages for the calculation of ESI? If an employee is registered with ESI with a gross salary of less than Rs 10,000, however, if his earned gross salary becomes more than Rs 10,000 due to the addition of productivity-linked incentives, please suggest if he will still be considered under ESI. It may happen that the next month his salary becomes less than Rs 10,000. In that case, please suggest what to do.
