follow the instruction for downloading the common format which is used by the government and as you said it will be differed across all region
by the language not on the contents.

and keep the cursor at left side menu button "Download" and click "Forms"
Click the preview and download the form 19 & 10c by pressing the attachment.
Any how i am attaching the same.......

Hi Sonali,
PF is same across the country.
Even form 10c and 19 are same for whole country. only the sector differs. so mention the sector correctly. But if you are withdrawing the amount in the same city or state, you can submit the form in your city PF office, but it is for other state, you have to send the form to the concerned office.
