My official last working day at x company was May 20. exit formalities were already done by the X company. So, I do not have any work, so they release me in the morning within an hour. And on the same day, May 20th, I joined Y company.
Y company had an urgent requirement and did not object to my joining and exit dates. Therefore, I did not realize that my exit and joining date were the same. Y company onboarded me in the evening, as their client was in the US and outside X company shift timings.
So is it a important reason for z company?
