Dear Seniors, Some employees (Male and female) with a strength of around 450. Those who work on basic contracts under contract in Chandigarh (Government sector) and receive DC rates under a contractor who is responsible for the work/attendance/wages/working hours (8hrs) there.
But now, the contractor is not able to pay salaries on time. He asked them to work for 7 days without any rest. So please help to know which act applies to them.
