I just joined a new organization in Chennai and in their Policy handbook, they mention they are following the Labour Act 2074 for Probation policy.
I searched on the internet but did not find any details.

There is no such Act in India. But I can not say that such an Act may not be enacted in the year 2074, fiftyone years from now, by amalgamating the four labour Codes (which are yet to be enforced even after four years!) then existing!!. Let us wait and see.
