In my organization previously attendance considered 20th to 20th, But now onwards we consider 25th to 25th, so working days in this month exceeded i think. We need to pay for those 5days??

Hi,

For the purpose of processing salary and crediting on time, all Organisations use to follow salary cycle date instead of waiting till end of month. Actual salary paid will be from 1st to end of month either 30th or 31st only. In your case you are paying salary for full month and any leave availed after 25th will be reflecting in the next month cycle. so no need for additional 5 days.

If you are considering pay cycle from 20th to 20th and paying for full month, then when there is a change you are to pay for those 5 days in the first instance and regularise. This will be a one time exercise.
