I got selected in HCL and BGV is going on, I have worked with two companies before. I had received my salary in cash only so don't have a bank statement and since my salary is less than 2.4L per annum I don't have form 16 either. I explained these to the BGV team and HR, they ask me to submit the statement of fact for both previous companies for why the bank statement and Form 16 are not available. Is that a warning sign from HCL for getting my BGV to become Red? Please help me I'm last day of my notice period

You should consider asking you to submit a statement of facts is a saving grace, otherwise nothing prevented HCL from red listing you. In the circumstances, what option HCL has, to fall back upon, there is no bank statement and there is no Form 16.
Presume you would have provided some documentary evidence like offer of appointment, Office Orders, pay slip, relieving order etc, if not submit them as proof of your employment
