I've given my present and permanent address the same although they are different. TCS has completed its verification and approved all my documents. Now, I need to know what happens in background verification especially address verification. Can someone please share their experience with me. Do they inform you before visting or just randomly come one day? Do they visit and ask neighbors? Do they come and ask for any documents? Do they ask the watchmen also? Please reply. How do I handle this? Should I inform my HR about it? But, he will kill me if I ask this after approval of all documents. Suggest me some way please.
