Leave Policy for Private Limited Company, As per Companies Act, if you could provide any gazettes on that.

Dear Phalguni,
If your organization is establishment, then Leave Policy should be as per S & E Act. If it is factory, then it will be as per factories Act. Leave policy has nothing to do with Pvt. Ltd. Co. or Companies Act.
