Generally, companies conduct "Employee Satisfaction Surveys"; however, "Employee Participation Surveys" are unheard of. Therefore, please elaborate on your query further. Why do you wish to conduct the participation survey? In what aspects do employees participate? If they participate, are their views considered? By the way, do you mean the participation survey means a "suggestions survey"? Please provide more information on your query.
