In our factory, we are giving settlement (EL and Bonus) to all resigned employees if they had worked for days. we are settling within 2 days of resignation. Is mandatory to pay EL for 3o days of work and settlement within 2 days. As per my knowledge workers are not eligible for EL if they are not completed 24o working days. Please advise.
