I am working in this organisation since 2 years on contract basis and now the bonding is over. Now the company has send me a mail stating that they are increasing my sales targets by over 200 %. Organisation hired me on fixed salaries and after one year they increased my salaries and asked me to accept the letter. In that particular letter they mentioned you have to meet the targets agreed in the meeting and salary would be paid basis this. Though the letter signed and received I was not clear on the salaries, I thought the salaries increased but in reality it was a trap to do a salary cut. There after I send lot of mails to HR Manager since there was no Targets written or signed in the particular meeting. After lot of mail communications he came with a clause in the bonding agreement as mentioned below.
"The Employer May amend, vary or terminate the terms and conditions in this document . Any change such change to your terms and conditions will be subject to consultation and agreement with you and notified to you personally in writing" .
After receiving the above information mail from HR Manager I have not gone for any disputes further. Now my bonding agreement is exhausted in the month of May 20. It is mentioned in the agreement that" validity of this agreement is from May 2018 to May 2020 which will be automatically renewed until and unless notified to me in writing 3months before the attainment of the expiry date. "
They have not given me any notice in writing but came with a letter in the month of May 2020 stating that the company has decided to revise the targets. I have refused to sign and accept the letter since it is almost 250% higher side than the current business. Then HR Manager mailed me the letter and I replied him my refusal. In the bonding agreement company has offered 15% gross salary as welfare fund which they will be paying on my termination or on expiry of bonding agreement. When I refused to accept the revised targets they have not taken any action but they are paying the salaries as per their revised targets which impacted my May 20 salary by more than 50%.
Please suggest a way forward.
1. I am not interested to continue with their revised target policy.
2. I am interested to get the welfare fund and quit.
3. Company has not provided me payslips for Mar, April, May .
4. When I asked for payslips HR Manager suspended me for 5 Days stating that I have insulted him and the company.
5. HR Manager has issued warning letter to me while he has not replied to my early mails regarding Payslips, My refusal to revised targets etc.
