Hello, We are an IT company and are trying to chalk out a plan for resuming work after lockdown is over. We do have a sales team who will be working with local customers. Any inputs on this?

Even after lockdown is over, we need to take necessary precaution atleast for few more months.
If possible, continue WFH for staff we can manage work from home. Basic things like social distance, wearing mask and use of sanitizer should always be in place. It will be applicable for everyone in office. Sanitize whole office before everyone joins office.
Encourage healthy lifestyle.

Please collate all orders from govt departments on the subject first.
Once factory/office starts, ensure social distancing/no overcrowding
Adequate sanitizers and face masks along with gloves
See that shifts do not over lap
Frequent cleaning of the premises
Sales staff have to take extra precautions.
When they go out for field work, plan it in a way that hot spots/containment zones are avoided.
They should plan to go in a way that once they go out, they should not be repearedly coming back to office on same day.
Give them extra amount of sanitising material, gloves, masks etc.
Have a specialised area for then to do their cleaning act when they come back in the evening after work.
The staff should avoid intermingling and deal from safe distance at all times considering their trips all over the city.
Due care is therefore to be taken and also tie for screening them/all staff medically from time to time.
Be safe and be careful in general and keep up to date with latests directions from state authorities.
