Dear All /Seniors, I need your suggestion / advise on below concern, please help me.
I was working with reputed CBSE/ secondary school of Greater Noida as Accountant, but on 9/12/2019 they discharged me from my service with immediate effect without giving any reason and they are not giving my all dues as full and final. details are given below...
I have joined the School on 01/01/2018 on probation, as per my appointment letter my probation period was for (2) two years. as they have adopted 7 pay commission in school. As per 7CPC rules my first increment was due on 01/07/2018, but i was not received my first increment in July 2018 saying that my increment will be due in January 2019. and i received my first increment in January 2019. i ignored that.
Now the twist come - they revised my appointment letter in February 2019 saying that my earlier fixation was not correct and in revised letter they reduced my salary by approx Rs. 5000/- pm. while my earlier fixation was absolutely correct and as per rules and regulation of school. because same rule were applied in all the appointments of during that period. They reduced my salary and i was getting paid less salary w.e.f Feb 19 onward, I raised this issue many time with management but they refused to listen, and now they discharged me from my service on 09/12/2019.
Now please advise me on below questions.
1 - Can i do something against this discharge ?
2 - They are not giving arrears of salary from Feb 19 onward which was reduced by revised fixation - what i can do for this ??
3 - They are not paying my leave encashment - saying that leave encashment is only for confirmed employee and i am not eligible - what i can do for this ??
4 - They are also not paying arrear of 7CPC HRA and TA - Please advise?
Please advise what would be best for should i go for any action against school or i need to quit?
