Dear Sir, I'm working in a Pvt Ltd company, and i'm the only person in hr. We have give PF from 2007 and ESIC from 2017 because upto 2017 our company is not in coverage of ESIC. In 2017 our copmany area is covered by ESIC.
In PF and ESIC the Date of joining is different for the employees, is there is any issues for different DOJ in ESIC and PF ?

Dear Mr.Sree, You would have got a letter from ESI stating the date from which you are covered under ESI. Hence it will not be a problem in that.
