Please refer the following. You may edit as per your requirement.



Dear All,

All employees are hereby requested to get registered with the thumb impression bio metric / ID card access system installed at the office entrance, attendance signing area.

Subsequent to the installation and registration of all, we request all of you to either swipe your ID card or punch thumb impression for the purpose of daily attendance.
All are required to punch the system for every in-out movements irrespective of number of breaks during the day. This shall be extensively used for the attendance data in the process of salaries and for other purposes.

Cooperation of every employee in this regard is highly solicited.

For your Ref:

Dear All,
This is to hereby notify you all that we are observing some Punching mismatches in the Biometric Punching System on a daily basis. It is hereby requested from all the employees to ensure the punching properly (At-In & Out) in the Biometric to avoid any Attendance related issues.
From upcoming monday we will share the data of Mispunch and Late Coming employees by mail.
Manual attendance would not be considered and Late coming attendance will be mark HLF as per company Policy.

Take Care of proper hand Sanitization and In case of any concern feel free to contact the HR Dept.
