Dear Team,
I am resign my current organisation and presently I am serving 30 days notice period. My current organization clearly told me that they don't given me the relieving letter after the exit formalities. Because I don't stay above one year. If they don't give me the relieving letter then it will be effected in future career. Also my new organization must be want the relieving letter.
I hope you understand my situation. Please help me what I am doing now.
