Hi,
I am working on an HR project to do competency mapping for technical competencies of Finance Managers in a manufacturing co. I also need to build a technical competency dictionary for the same. The Finance functions consists of: Forex
Taxation
Treasury and Risk management
Mergers and Acquisitions
Investor relations
Global Finance
:as sub functions. Anyone who can provide me with any kind of technical competency dictionary for any or all of the sub-functions will be appreciated.
