If you wanted to go for overall HR. Its better to have an experience in all domain of HR. It can be help you out to work as an HR Manager and above than that profile.
you have not explained what all experience you earned in 7 years. working in all domain enhance your knowledge in HR Domain.

I have looked after recruitment and selection, Genralist profile, Administration, Employee engagement, Salary & wage's calculation, Statutory compliances, Fatal & Non-Fatal cases, CSR activities,etc. I recently joined 1 month back in Core Compliances team and therefore i need assistance as to what else i should pursue to make it in compliances domain that would be fruitful for my growth & Career.

As per my knowledge, HR Manager and above will be benift and growthful carreer. Since you had experience enough in all the core work of HR you are very much eligible in this industry. Try to adapt the knowledge in your current work.
